Product Overview
The frequency inverter (AC Drive) from VEICHI's AC310 series uses field-oriented vector control technology compatible with the control of synchronous and asynchronous motors. Under conditions of high performance and reliability, the components are sensibly arranged to achieve a slim, book-style design that saves installation space.
AC310 is a high-performance vector controller that continues the hardware design concept of the AC300, retaining the characteristics of VEICHI's new generation of products while introducing innovations in functional performance. It not only uses leading international technology but also enriches the control methods for various types of loads (such as EPS power supply with voltage-frequency separation). Special attention has been paid to ease of use and industrial design.
The device is equipped with a rich set of expansion ports and new accessories to achieve high performance, high power density and broad applicability. It satisfies the STO safety function in accordance with the SIL3 standard.

Functions and Advantages
Standard Machine for "Special" Use
AC310 continues the innovative mechanism of the AC300, retaining the original characteristics to facilitate customer choice. It has an industrial expansion function that can be supplemented according to actual needs. It integrates multiple parameters to achieve a "special" application of the standard device.
Active Response to Industry 4.0
Supports various types of DCS systems and PLCs. Supports various touchscreens and direct communication, standard MODBUS-RTU communication, as well as (optionally) compatibility with PROFIBUS-DP, CANopen and PROFINET.
Perfect Protection Mechanism and Software Suppression
Features hardware protections: ground short-circuit protection, internal buffer relay protection, fan circuit protection, external 24V DC short-circuit protection, and motor overload protection. Software functions include suppression of: voltage drop, overvoltage, overcurrent and over-excitation.
Unique Ingenuity and Excellent Algorithms
- Driving various loads: synchronous, asynchronous motors, synchronous reluctance motors, electric spindles, AC servo motors, etc.
- Complete control modes: V/F, voltage-frequency separation, open/closed-loop vector control.
